The Living Room

What makes this cooking course different from hundreds of others? -- It takes place at The Beach House Inn, a small 4 star, coastal Inn on the edge of a picturesque fishing village on one of the world's prettiest islands. The class size is small and personal (8-12) and the seafood you'll be cooking is some of the best in the world. - Fundy Salmon, Malpeque oysters (the only sweet oyster), 'gold medal' blue mussels, and famous P.E.I. lobsters. Garden produce and those amazing PEI potatoes will be at their peak in the fall and the visual mix of the island's red soil and the autumn colors will create spectacular vistas.
