The Summer room is tucked-in under the roof on the second floor. It's the only room with
the original pine floors. The quiet reading room is equipped with a couch and two chairs,
a writing table and satellite TV. Next to the queen size bed in the bedroom is the
desk with views out over the ravine and potato field to New London Bay. There's a
three-peice ensuite bath.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
In order to book a room a deposit is required, which can be made by visa or personal cheque.
1 night - Deposit required $45 Cdn.
Additional nights - $30 CDN.

Cancellation Policy - The deposit will be charged to your visa at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable less a $25. service fee. Should you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival you will loose your deposit unless the room is rebooked (for the days booked) in which case your deposit will be fully refunded less a $25. service charge. A guest who checks out before the last day of the reservation will be required to pay for the days reserved in full.
